I'm a 26-year-old working professional who is relocating from Vancouver, Canada to San Francisco in the month of Feb, 2013 (20th to be exact). I work for a financial services company called TIO Networks (TIO), and I'm planning on growing with my company in the Bay area. I currently live with two roommates in downtown Vancouver in a house parents and I own. Living with good roommates is an amazing experience, and one I always vouch for. TIO is headquartered in downtown Vancouver. In SF, I'll work from home time to time but eventually I will lead the opening of a new lean office as a lot of TIO's business comes from California, hence I'll be traveling a lot too.
Working professionals and students will work just fine. I desire clean, respectful, down-to-earth, positive minded, and trustworthy roommates. I'd appreciate roommates who are over communicative, athletic, and socially, economically and mentally stable. My last criteria is the "no drama" rule; the less drama in the household, the happier everyone is.
