I enjoy the following in no particular order: riding my bike, hanging out in the park, cooking, reading, listening to jazz/soul/funk records, trying to increase my yoga & meditation practices and traveling.
I love to cook and enjoy doing little things around the house that make it feel more like a home. My cleanliness standards are normative. I am happiest in my space when it is clean and organized, but from time to time you might find a pile of clothes on my desk. Lastly, I like to entertain. Whether that be having friends over for dinner or enjoying a cocktail over some tunes, I am a social person and it's important that my guests feel welcome in my home. PS I come with a 13 year old cat named Venus. I'll rant about her awesomeness when we meet. My move-in date is flexible. My priority is to find a place that's a good fit since I would like to stay long-term.
I would like to live in a co-op or something similar where we set an intention to make our experiences and interactions with one another meaningful. This could be as simple as cooking a meal together, hosting a party for our friends, or rallying to start a community garden in our hood. Open, honest, assertive communication is very important to me. I do not get along well with passive aggressive or avoidant people.
